Joan Carles Fabra i Gilabert. Trumpet

 He began his musical studies in Espiga d'Or wind band in Deltebre and carried out his half grade studies in the Conservatories of Tortosa and Tarragona. Then he move to Barcelona, where he finished his superior grade, with professor Jaume Espigolé.

Later on he studied in the Conservatory of Perpignan with professor Bernard Soustrot, where he obtained the Gold medal.. He has worked with professors Enrique Rioja, Vicent Oliver, Miquel Angel Bosch, Joan Arnau, Maurice Benterfa, Bo Nilson and Vicent Campos.

He has been part of several formations under the baton of directors as Salvadors Mas, Laurence Foster, F. de Burgos and G. de Billy.Nowadays he is member of the trio ACRUX and of the forVmbrass quintet.

Joan Carles Fabra is Graduated in Musical Teaching and author of the book "Trompeta 0". Dinsic editors.
